About Cardext Club
Cardext Club is an independent card shop based in Kansas City, Kansas. We stock sealed trading card and collectible product — Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, and sports cards from Panini and Topps.
We are a small operation and we answer our own email. There is no call centre and no ticket queue: when you write to us, one of us reads it.
How we work
Everything ships factory sealed. We do not open, weigh, sort or search product before it goes out. A box leaves us in the same seal it arrived in.
We sell genuine product only. No reproductions, no counterfeits, no resealed boxes, and no repackaged "mystery" assortments of our own making. If you ever receive something you believe is not authentic, tell us — we will refund you in full, cover the return, and we genuinely want to know about it.
We are straight about odds. Sealed product contains a randomised assortment of cards decided by the manufacturer, not by us. Any configuration, box break or pull rate shown on a listing is published by the manufacturer and describes what is possible. It is never a guarantee for an individual box. A disappointing pull is not a defect, and we would rather say so plainly up front than surprise you afterwards.
We pack for condition. Corners and edges matter on sealed product. Single boxes go in a rigid mailer or a right-sized carton; cases and multi-box orders ship boxed with protective fill.
Who we are not
Cardext Club is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorised distributor for The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Panini, Topps, Fanatics or Ravensburger. All product names, logos and brands belong to their respective owners, and we use them only to describe what we are selling.
Nothing on this store is investment advice. Card values are set by other people, they move, and no one — including us — can tell you what a box will be worth later. Buy what you want to open or keep.
Pre-orders
Some of what we list has not been released yet. Those items are marked as pre-orders on the product page along with the expected release date, and they ship within one business day of the manufacturer releasing them. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can move; if one does, we will email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

We reply to email within one business day. Please include your order number so we can help you quickly, and for damaged or incorrect orders, attach photographs of the item and its packaging — those are what let us file a carrier claim.
