1. About us
This store is operated by Card Exchange Club, 2428 S 47th St, Kansas City, KS 66106, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Card Exchange Club. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf, and be shipping to a valid US address.
3. Sealed product with randomised contents
Hollowfield packs, kits and boxes contain a randomised assortment of cards. You are purchasing a sealed product, not any specific card.
- Pull odds are published on each product page and apply per pack, across the full print run.
- Published odds are not a guarantee for any individual pack, kit or box. Results vary, sometimes considerably.
- All product ships factory sealed. We do not open, weigh, sort or search product before dispatch.
- Resale values are set by third parties, fluctuate, and are outside our control. Nothing on this store is investment advice and no card should be purchased as a financial investment.
4. Products, pricing and availability
We work to keep listings, odds, images and pricing accurate, but errors occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed against incorrect pricing or availability, refunding you in full. Product images are representative; printed cards may vary slightly in colour.
5. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where these terms have been breached, or where per-customer purchase limits apply to a limited printing. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.
6. Intellectual property
All Hollowfield artwork, written accounts, specimen names and series design are original works owned by Card Exchange Club. You may not reproduce, reprint or create derivative card products from them without our written permission. Photographing cards you own in order to display or resell them is entirely fine.
7. Reselling
You are free to resell cards you have purchased. You may not present yourself as an authorised distributor of Hollowfield, nor sell reproductions, counterfeits or resealed product.
8. Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
